When forgot a password, we have to visit lots of web.. Whereas on hotmail we have to answer our “secret question” and they allow us to create a new password

All we can do is direct you to the yahoo page, like we do in the answer, so that you can work with them to get back in your account.

The only thing you can do is visit https://edit.yahoo.com/forgot and answer the questions they ask. If you are unable to answer the question then there is no known way to get into your account.

You need to visit the link to the lost password page that is found in the answer above. Enter in all your information and then you will be allowed to reset your password.
