Is it possible to get my data back after resetting my computer to factory settings?
by Guest Geek on December 3, 2008Q: I recently had a problem with my DELL 4700 desktop. I paid $49.00 to DELL support only find out that they had me set my pc back to the way it was from the factory. I have lost all my pics and music. Could you recomend the best software to try and recover it?

I recommend that you try a program called Recuva, which is located at: http://www.recuva.com/
