You may be able to upgrade you computer to Windows Vista. Begin by carefully consulting the information at: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-vista/get/upgrade-your-pc-options.aspx

Windows XP is almost as old as Windows 2000, so I do not advise upgrading from Windows 2000 to Windows XP at this time.

If your computer is more than five years old, I strongly recommend that you consider purchasing a new computer instead of upgrading your old one.

Does any of this information help?
