How can I find out if my friend got married?

Q: Is there a web site (free if possible) that you can get info like marriage records, email addresses, phone #, address? I think my friend got married and I need to find her.

    I would research before paying for any service like the one you cited. I would suggest you start by googling with some of the following using maiden name:

    F(irst) M(iddle initial) L(ast)

    F + L + city + state/province

    L + High School/College/University/Company

    If you know the city of residence, check the local newspaper websites, most have a “norobots” so search engines will not eat bandwidth crawling the archives.
