Q: Can someone help me reset my Gateway desktop. It’s just a basic model desktop I bought about four or five years ago. My sister put a virus on it and then the log in screen won’t come up so I can log into my account to do anything. It won’t work in safe mode either. It was Anti- Virus pro that was on it, but we were trying to delete files to get it off and everything was fine for a few days and then the login wouldn’t come back on, it just goes to a black screen instead.
