It is a Toshiba Satellite A200 MR5

Hi ashinquades,
I apologize for the short delay. While I’ve been unable to locate the MR5 on Toshiba’s website, I have found several other A200 models. Try this:
* Backup all of your important files — documents, music, emails, address book, finances, internet favorites, etc.
* Turn off your computer. Then, continuously press the 0 key on your computer’s keyboard as you turn your computer on. This should launch the Toshiba Recovery Wizard.
* Follow the wizard’s instructions to reinstall Windows.
