Q: How do I change pictures in an editable PDFÂ and still keep it editable once saved?
What software and version are you using to edit the PDF files?

I’m using Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional. I am trying to build an embroidery approval form. I added editable fields for the customer and order info. I can’t figure out how to make a section for the actual embroidery picture without changing the original template. I tried adding in a text box and copying and pasting the image, but with no luck. Any suggestions?

What is the process for these forms? Are they downloaded and then returned via e-mail or printed out and then mailed back?

They are emailed to the customer, filled out and then emailed back to us.

I do not have LiveCycle Designer as the article suggests. Is there anyway to do it in Adobe Professional 8.0?

In that case you might want to consider allowing your clients to send their images as an additional attachment, possibly having them note the file name on the form or something like that.
