How do I get my Acer to stop crashing when I play a DVD in Acer arcade?

Q: On my acer aspire 5315 laptop acer arcade I could be watching a DVD through my acer arcade and the screen will go black and display driver igfx has stopped responding and has successfully recovered will popup and all my updates are uptodate what can I do to fix this?

    If that doesn’t work, or you want to download other updated drivers, you can get to them from the service and support part of acer’s website: http://us.acer.com

    I suggest updating your video card driver and rebooting your system to see if that takes care of your problem.
