How come my Fujitsu Lifebook says the system is on but the screen stays black?
by proudmommyofboys on June 17, 2009Q: I have a fujitsu lifebook s series s7110. It shows the power is on symbol but the screen stays black and will not turn on. How do I make it come on?
If the power is on, hold down the power button for a few seconds until it goes dark. Unplug the laptop batter, count to ten, and then plug it back in.
Now turn on the laptop. If the power light turns green, but nothing ever shows up on the screen at all, you should take your laptop to a professional for an assessment and then either a repair or a replacement.
