Is it possible to automate order assignment and fulfillment?
by Guest Geek on June 17, 2009Q: The business I am in now sends all orders to a web-site with multiple members. Orders are given on a first come-first serve basis. Can I set up this web-site to constantly refresh and can I prompt it to automatically take the orders?

As a rule, almost anything can be automated. You would need to sit down with a programmer and show them exactly what you do and explain exactly how you want it automated. At that point in time they could figure out how to do it and give you an estimate for the work.
