If you’re getting a pop-up when the computer starts up to install the drivers for the sound card, try using the automatically install drivers option.
If that doesn’t work out for you, you’re going to need to grab drivers from the manufacturer. Go to Medion’s website ( http://www.medion.com ) , download the appropriate drivers and follow their installation instructions.
