Can I recover my pictures after resetting my computer to manufacturers specifications?

Given that you did a full system reset and not just a normal delete there is a very good chance you won’t be able to get those photos back. I suggest you try http://www.recuva.com/ and see if it can find your files.
You can also try these other recovery tools and see if any of them do the trick.
