Can I use my Verizon phone card with Skype?

Q: I am using Skype and I happen to have a Verizon phone card. Can you use this phone card with Skype?

    Here are the calling rates for calling a phone number outside of skype.

    http://www.skype.com/prices/callrates/#listing-U

    USA $ 0.024
    USA-Alaska $ 0.064
    USA-Hawaii $ 0.024
    USA-Toll Free $ 0.000

    So if you’re calling a toll free number to use your phone card, then sky won’t charge you anything extra.
