		<description>i fixed a desktop recently with the same problem . the cool thing was that i was still able to get in and save the data for my client by using the ctrl alt del option .</description>

		<description>more than likely u have a virus . that has deleted an important file. if u hit the control alt delete and go into the task manager . look for a file called explorer.exe if that is missing then u have to wipe out and reinstall ur operating system. a virus more than likely took that file out . there is no quick fix for this sorry .</description>
