		<description>The drive could be dirty.  I&#039;d suggest picked up a CD/DVD drive lens cleaner from your local electronics store.  It looks like a DVD, there is just a small brush on the bottom of the disk. 

Other things to try:
Make sure the data and power cables that connect to the dvd drive aren&#039;t lose

Make sure the DVDs you&#039;re trying to use aren&#039;t scratched up

If none of this works the drive could just be dead.  Contact the manufacturer for a replacement if under warranty or pick up a new one.</description>
