How do I change my Microsoft Office icons?

Q: On Windows XP, where do I find my Microsoft Office 2010 (14) icons so I can change them with my office 2010 icon pack?

    If you downloaded an icon pack, you’ll need to uncompress the download, and make note of this location.

    Then to change an icon, simply right click on the icon you want to change, click properties, change icon, browse..
    Navigate to the location on your harddrive where you uncompressed the files and chose the icon you want to use.

    I found out that I have to recreate the shortcuts and change the icons on those ones because the original icons would not let me change the icons.
    Thanks anyway.
