3 Responses to “How do I upload a video from a DVD to my website online?”
A few questions:
1) Is this DVD your own content or a movie/tv show?
2) What is the length of the video?
3) Do you have any video editing software?
4) Is this for commercial or home use?
5) Do you want people to be able to watch the video embedded on your webpage (like youtube) or to be able to download a DVD quality image of the video for viewing.
1) Is this DVD your own content or a movie/tv show? The DVD’s are the recording of our annual meeting for a group that I belong to. The Presidents of the organization are requesting that the videos be made available for viewing. Since we have a website it would probably be the best place to house such items. Yes we do own the content of the information.
2) What is the length of the video? There are eight DVD’s with each session lasting over an hour in length.
3) Do you have any video editing software? I do not have any video editing software.
4) Is this for commercial or home use? Somewhere between commercial and home as it is organizational and most relevant to the organization and completely unless as a commercial usage.
5) Do you want people to be able to watch the video embedded on your webpage (like youtube) or to be able to download a DVD quality image of the video for viewing. Probably both view and download as needed.
