How do I make sure my hard drive is fully defragged?

Q: I have over 100,000 small file frags that I cannot get rid of. What area of my PC am I missing.

    What program are you using to defrag your drive?

    I’ve had really good results with Auslogic Disk Defrag: http://www.auslogics.com/en/software/disk-defrag

    It’s also free for home use.
