How come watching full screen video on my new laptop is slow?

Q: How do you update a computers display drivers? I recently purchased a Compact laptop and it has everything up to date but when I try to watch a video online in full screen mode the images become very slow. Is there anyway to fix this?

    If you’re running Windows 7, just run windows update, and check in the optional section for the latest drivers.
