Is there a device that will allow me to switch my monitor between my computer and Xbox 360?
by Guest Geek on November 1, 2009Q: Is there a cable that allows me to switch between using my computer monitor for my comp, as well as using my monitor for my Xbox 360? I already have the cables for the Xbox 360 to connect to the monitor but I have to unplug my monitor from my comp each time I do and vice versa.
A KVM switch would do the trick nicely. Assuming these are both VGA connections you might want to consider this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817399021
Hook up the PC’s and xbox’s vga connections to this and just push the button on the top to switch.
