How can I fix the buffering on videos that play in flash players like those on YouTube?

Q: Whenever I try to down load a video either from email, YouTube or another source I get a white circle as if loading and then it stops and plays six seconds of video and the circle of lights go on again. Once that is done, the video plays for another six seconds and the procedure starts all over again.

    What kind of internet connection do you have? Dial-up? DSL, Cable, etc?

    Try running a speed test http://www.speedtest.net to check your upload/download speed as well as a http://www.pingtest.net ping test to check response time, and post your results for both.
