The only legal way that I can find is if you buy the Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade Family Pack (3-User). Oddly enough I have not found any other packs that are retail based but I did find an OEM one Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 3-Pack for System Builders – OEM
