Should I get a Thermaltake V1 or a Thermaltake SpinQ?

Q: What are the pros and cons of Thermaltake V1 and Thermaltake SpinQ. I’m building a new system with a GIGABYTE GA-MA790FXT-UD5P and AMD Phenom II X4 955.

    V1 is copper which is good b ut it has a pot to adjust the fan. The spinQ is aluminum and has a variable fan per a program i think
