How can I stream jpegs from an IP webcam on my website?
by cblzaccie on November 11, 2009Q: I have an IP camera the IQInvision 855 and it sends out jpeg images. I need a server program for Windows that will grab these images from the camera and make the streaming images available on my website. Anyone know of a good server program that can handle this?

I have been searching high and low for this but it seems like every camera is a little different so you might want to check out NetworkCameraReviews.com. Some of the stuff I find is Java based and other stuff is code in Perl or other languages that would require you know about web development.
I would assume there is a pretty easy way to do this that does not require web development knowledge but everything I run into says you have to know at least HTML so maybe the network camera guys can help.
