What do I need to do to burn downloaded blu-ray content?

Q: After downloading a blu-ray DVD rip from the internet, what is needed to burn the download to a blu-ray disc other than a blu-ray burner? I see the files are mostly mkv and rar files. What is needed, ie software, etc? Is this as challenging as it seems?

You’ll need to try some kind of Blu-Ray authoring software and see if that works for you, such as Ulead DVD MovieFactory 6 http://www.ulead.com/dmf/
