Is there a way to tighten a Dell Inspiron 1501 laptop screen?

Q: I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 and I have had it for 2 years. The screen is very loose and I am wondering if there is a way I can tighten it or if there is something I can do to stop the screen from moving when I am working on it.
