Is there a way to use digital paper without actually using paper?

Q: There are things like Pulse and Solidtek where you write on paper and you can digitally upload it to your computer. Is there anything where you can do the same thing without paper? Like an electronic notebook that you can just hit save and start a new paper?

    If you want to want to write on a screen instead of paper your best bet is going to be to use a Tablet PC.
