How do you update a user manual?

Q: How does one update a “User Manual” that has 2000+ pages but only a handful of the pages need to be updated + change of only few keywords?

I am going to need a lot more information to be able to help you with this. What kind of user manual is it and how is it stored (html, word document, etc?).

Also what exactly are you trying to update and are you trying to do it manually or are you trying to do it by writing a program?

an electronic version in jpeg format. If there was a way to type changes in same fonts.
