Do you need land line service to get AT&T DSL service?

Q: I was wondering if AT&T DSL requires a home phone line or if you can install it in your home without a phone line?

You don’t need a land line for DSL.

You can see all of AT&T’s options here: http://www.att.com/gen/general?pid=11523

Also note there is a $19.95 a month plan in tiny type at the very bottom of the page.

Also, in case you ever want to do research on this, DSL without a land line is usually called Dry Loop DSL or Naked DSL.
