Q: How do I find out if a graphics card (Nvidia 8800gts 512MB) is compatible with my computer?
The 8800 GTS is a Pci-express video card, so you’ll need an available slot on your motherboard to accommodate it. Nvidia also suggests a 400W or greater power supply.
The side of the box should have any system requirements listed on it as well.

firstly you need check out the specs of your motherboard which is if or not support PCI-E. Please read your manual.
