How come my computer goes straight to a blue screen and then reboots when I start it?

Q: My computer will not start in normal mode, it goes to a blue screen with a bunch of writing on it then restarts. But if I go into safe mode, I can’t open my virus scanners, or down load new ones that work in safe mode. What do I have to do to get my computer back to normal?

  1.

From safe mode go into your control panel > System> Advanced > Startup and Recovery Settings…

You’ll find a check box there that turns on or off the auto restart when the system blue screens. Save and boot up in normal. Then write down the exact error message and code and run that through Google for some suggestions.
