How can I recover data off a flash drive that was connected to a computer when the computer crashed?
by jimbo89 on December 23, 2009Q: Similar to Lauren (Jan26 2009). My computer crashed with a USB flash drive connected. The flash drive is no longer accessible. It finds the drive, but asks to format it but can’t. One recovery program i sampled reported RAW data file. Can I fix the MBR (How?) or recover the important files?

It is also telling me that it is unable to read the boot sector. Any help appreciated, there is about 8 hours of database on here.
