Is the Windows setup CD also the CD you would use to reinstall Windows?

Q: Is the “windows setup cd” considered the same as the “reinstallation cd” for the op sys that came with the computer?

    Yes the Windows setup CD should be the same CD you would use to reinstall Windows.
