If your anti-virus software is out of date or has failed to help you, I’d suggest getting rid of it, and trying Microsoft security essentials: http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/
If using Security Essentials fails to remove the infection from your system I suggest going to this page: https://support.microsoftsecurityessentials.com/?scrx=1 and clicking on ‘I think my computer is infected’, for additional support.
