How can I easily get addresses from Excel into Word?

Q: Using excel I have entered physical addresses in one column, three rows. I would now like to have it in a format where it is easy to copy and paste the address into a word document? Any ideas? When I try to merge the cells I lose most of the data.

    I think what you want to do is a mail merge from within Word. I suggest you read Mail Merge Solution to Time-Consuming Document Construction.
