How can I know if someone installed logging software to log what I type on AIM?

Q: If someone with access to my computer downloads a program like Record Instant Messages and saves my AIM messages to see later– how can I find out? Will it show up on all programs list or how can I know and be aware of the privacy invasion?

    Most logging software will be unnoticed and run in full stealth, anyway if still want to know if it installed in your computer, please open window task manager and see any suspicious process in the list and close it.

    If you’re unsure of what any of the processes in task manager actually do, you can look them up on http://www.processlibrary.com/ and/or google.com to see what they actually are.
