How do I switch over to my slave drive when my master drive gets full?

Q: I have put a slave drive in my computer because my master hard dive is full. How do I switch it over to my slave drive?

    If installed correctly, you should see an additional hard drive listed if you click on your computer icon.

    To make more room on your primary hard drive you can moves files over to the other drive that aren’t part of an actual software installation, things like music, photos, videos and other downloads.

    If you want to use this new hard drive as your new primary hard drive you can clone the contents of your old drive to your new drive. Simply copying files over won’t work. You’ll need to use one of these tools: http://www.downloadsquad.com/2008/09/05/5-free-apps-to-clone-your-hard-drive/

    Make sure to backup any important data before attempting these things.
