Is there anyway to find pictures I emailed a while back and then deleted from my computer?

Q: I was sent some picture through email awhile back but I deleted them. Is there any way that my computer might have saved the pictures and have them in a hidden file? Is there anyway to look up any image that has ever been downloaded or sent to my computer?

    The only place they would be is in your sent mail folder. If they aren’t in there still then they are gone.
