How do all the settings on my Broadcom 802.11n adapter effect performance?

Q: It’s a Broadcom 802.11n adapter but I can’t find any references to the settings I have.

I know already what some of them are but for everyones benefit, could anyone clarify what each setting does and how to improve the performance of my wifi card?
