How do I transfer a file from one users account to another?

Q: How do I transfer a document (or something else) from one user account to another on my PC? I am using a Compaq with Windows XP.

Also, how can I copy the Firefox or IE bookmarks to the browser in another user account?

    Odds are both accounts can read the files, just note the folder location and try accessing it from the other user account.

    For copying bookmarks, both firefox and IE allow for import/export of bookmarks.
