How come I get an error saying an SVC host is blocking me from running Windows Update?

Q: I can’t windows update because some SVC host crap is blocking something rather. I keep getting a 80072EFD, It’s pissing me off really bad. What program could be blocking this. No, I don’t have a virus, I already scanned with windows security essentials on deep scan.

    There is probably a program on your computer that is blocking it. Programs that might do this include firewalls, anti-spyware software, web accelerators, Internet security or antivirus programs, and proxy servers.
