WM.exe Description :
Novell Client Workstation Manager service installed by the Novell Client for Windows NT4/2000/XP and set to Automatic by default. Novell’s Workstation Manager is akin to the Windows Policy Editor but adds more facilities and Novell related features.
If this is a work PC, contact your system administrator. If this is a home PC and you have no idea why there is a bunch of old Novell software on it, I’d suggest uninstalling it.
