Why do you think you need to replace your motherboard exactly?

If you decide to replace the motherboard, you’ll need to replace it with the exact same one (same part number) already in the laptop. A Google search of that part number showed a number of retailers carrying the motherboard. So you shouldn’t have any trouble buying it.
That said, there is a distinct chance that replacing the motherboard won’t fix your problem. I could be caused by just about anything in the laptop. I’d strongly suggest you have a professional examine the laptop to make an assessment of the problem.
