Is it possible to convert books from .ocd to PDF?

Q: I have a lot of books in a file format called .ocd
(i found some information about it in that
url:http://www.cvc.uab.es/icdar2009/papers/3725a236.pdf).

I need to convert it to pdf’s. can one so that type
of convertion ?
