First thing I would try doing is press the 3 button several times firmly (But do not hit to hard or you may damage you hardware) to make sure the button is not getting stuck.

If that doesn’t work, if you are using a desktop try unplugging the keyboard to see if it stops typing and if it does there may be a hardware malfunction with your keyboard. You may then have to replace it.

You can also try to pop off the key with a screw driver if you are feeling adventurous, and make sure nothing it stuck under it and clean it off.

If the problem persists after you unplug the keyboard you may have some form of malware lurking on your computer. You can run a scan with malwarebytes.
