How come my hard drive went from being almost empty to being almost full?
by kirkbyblue on March 9, 2011Q: I have all my films etc on an external hard drive (about 400GB worth).
My hard drive on my computer is 460GB of which about 55GB was used.
Recently, for no apparent reason it said it was almost full i.e. 455GB.
To me it sounds like the external drive has somehow been copied to my computer. And I can’t find it anywhere and I have looked everywhere. As you can imagine my computer is now running very slowly.
Any clues?
