Assuming your using Gmail & Facebook, both of these allow you to see locations that your account has recently been logged in from.

For Facebook, see this page for some instructions: http://bit.ly/9iLbGf

    For Gmail: http://bit.ly/8ZaFAs

Now, the more important thing is to stop the ‘hacking’.

First, scan your computer for any viruses, spyware or other nasty stuff. I suggest Microsoft Security Essentials, and Super Anti Spyware ( http://www.superantispyware.com/ ). Both are free.

Once you’ve verified that your computer is clean we can move on fixing your passwords.

Change your passwords for your e-mail account and facebook. Also, any other accounts that used those passwords will need a password change as well. Never use those stolen passwords ever again.

Don’t use the same password for e-mail and facebook. In fact, don’t use the same password for more than one website. This is probably the biggest security risk that most people have right now.

Use a password manager like Lastpass: https://lastpass.com/

Don’t use passwords that are a word in the dictionary. If possible use lastpass’s password generator feature.

Gmail also now as two factor authentication available to really lock things down. You can read about that here: http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2011/02/advanced-sign-in-security-for-your.html
