What is the best photo editing software for cutting objects from one pic and pasting it onto another picture?

Q: what is the best photo editing software for cutting objects from one pic and pasting it onto another…this i have done in photoshop but the tone and color of placed object is obviously apparrant that its been put there some blending tool or something maybe i dont know but i am not impressed by photoshop for a beginner like myself i find it hard to use?

    Photoshop is your best option. However, there is some learning curve to really take advantage of the software. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll be able to do some really cool stuff.

    As Mark said Photoshop is the best option. But another option to use which is free is GIMP.

    It also has a bit of a learning curve but has become popular as a photoshop replacement because it is open source and free to download.
