Is there anyway to setup a website that can only be accessed internally when hosted externally?

Q: i have ii5 hosting two webistes, is there anyway to configure it so that only one can be accessed by the public and on can only be accessed internally with our company.

it is running on XP so i dont have the option to select IP addresses

    You will want to use host headers in IIS to configure the site to be external or internal. It should not be too difficult to do.
