Is there anyway to host a website on my laptop while using a cell phone to get online?

Q: my aims
1.i want to host a website using my laptop as a server
2.i connect to the Internet in this way:
I use a soft “JoikuSpot” in my nokia n79 cell phone to make a hotspot, then i connect to it using my laptop. Thus i connect to internet.
3.i want to host the website using this internet connection.
my questions
1.is it possible?
yes or no pls explain
2.what do call my connection: dialup,dsl,adsl,proxy or any thing else.
3.my main problem is that “port forwarding” thing because i dont have router to do that or do i have a router ? when i type 192.168.2.1 error sreen help help help pls detailed helpers will be rewarded

    The internet connection via your cell phone is going to be too small in order to provide any type of reliable service. Additionally, that type use is also probably prohibited by your cell phone service carrier. Also, your external IP address may change, making it more difficult for people to connect.

    If you want to do some type of web hosting your best option is going to be to use a professional web hosting service. The results will be a lot better!

      Ya u r right that the external IP address will changes after a particular time interval. I noticed it at whatismyip.com.

    my doubt tat arose after knowing tat my external ip is changing is tat then how can anyone track my kind of connection using people.
